process prior to using our ‘Observer Newsflash’
service, Cayman Observer requires that you supply an e-mail
address, and other information (name, country, company, ocupation
and nationality).
Premium Products and Services from the Cayman Observer:
While the majority of the Cayman Observer is offered free
of charge, we do charge fees for select premium products and
services. These products include back copies of our print
edition and high resolution photos featured in our newspaper,
among others. To enable the purchase of these products, The
Cayman Observer collects billing and credit card information.
This information will only be shared with third parties who
perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction.
Examples of this include fulfilling orders and processing
credit card payments.
Premium Products and Services from Third Parties
or Partners: From time to time, The Cayman Observer
may offer products or services from our partners or third
parties. Where you are so notified during the purchase process,
the information you provided at registration may be shared
with the provider of the product or service. However, we will
never share your billing and credit card information, which
the Cayman Observer collects to enable the purchase of these

parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase

from our visitors and customers to administer our Web site
in order to constantly improve the Web site quality. All data
collected by Brac Informatics on behalf of the Cayman Observer
is owned and used by The Cayman Observer. The Cayman Observer
reserves the right to publish non-personally identifiable,
summary information regarding its Web site visitors for promotional
purposes and as a representative audience for advertisers.
Please note that this is not personal information, only general
summaries of the activities of our visitors and customers.
IP Addresses: The Cayman Observer logs IP
addresses, or the location of your computer on the Internet,
for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We

Statistical Analysis and Banner Advertising:
The Cayman Observer may perform statistical analyses of user

of our site (for product development purposes) and to inform

banner advertisement targeting, we will disclose information

Programs From Our Partners: During the registration
process, new users who select to register for certain featured
offers from our partners and advertisers will begin receiving

Forums: The Cayman Observer offers an online
forum entitled ‘Observer’s Corner’. Any
information you disclose when posting a message in these areas,
along with your Member ID, becomes public and may be used
by the Cayman Observer for related online and offline promotional
